Return policy:
According to the "Consumer Protection Law", consumers have the right to a 7-day hesitation period when the product arrives. Please note that the hesitation period is not a trial period. Seven-day calculation method: the day after receiving the product is the first day, and if the seventh day is a holiday, it can be postponed for another day. The product to be returned must be in a new state: brand new and unopened, the product, accessories, packaging, tag, and invoice must be complete, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
Sports protective gear is a close-fitting product. Based on hygienic considerations, due to the risk of sweat infiltration during sports, knee pads, wrist pads, elbow pads, deadlift socks/sports socks, and fitness belts that are wrapped around the skin, unless the product is defective, it cannot be used once it is opened. Return and exchange, please contact us to confirm the size before purchasing.
Each order only provides one return and exchange service. If you need to return or exchange the product within the 7-day hesitation period, you must pay for all two shipping costs and send it back to SBD Taiwan.
Thread ends, slight off-lines, tiny stains, 2cm error in size, and screen color difference are within the acceptable range of international inspection standards and are not defects.
Return: After receiving the returned product, the original order amount will be deducted from the original order amount and the amount of shipping fee consumed by the order will be refunded.
If there is any hesitation in the order and you want to return the product, please contact the customer service staff and send the brand new unopened product back for return and exchange procedures. You also need to attach the shipping fee of 120 yuan for the returned product.

If you want to return or exchange the product within the 7-day hesitation period, please contact the SBD Taiwan customer service center first, and then send the brand new and unopened product back to SBD Taiwan together with the invoice. Sending the product back by yourself will not be accepted. .
Unless the product is defective, the return handling fee/shipping fee will be fully paid by the buyer, thank you for your understanding, and we will complete the return and refund process within 7 working days.
If you pay by credit card, the returned product will be refunded online after the staff confirms that the quantity of the product is correct. The actual credit date of the refund will vary depending on the credit date of each card-issuing bank. Please contact the card-issuing bank Confirm the actual entry date.
SBD Taiwan reserves the right to make the final return decision and change the return rules.
◆ Under what circumstances cannot return the product?
1. Exceeding the seven-day hesitation period.

◆ Suggestions for product washing and maintenance:
1.) SBD products, knee pads/elbow pads/wrist pads/race vest, can only be washed by hand, not machine washable, and cannot be used in the dryer. show.
2.) The SBD belt is made of leather and cannot be washed. It can only be used for general leather maintenance. Do not store it in a closed bag.
3.) SBD T-Shirt/ Deadlift Socks/Sports Socks, it is recommended to wash by hand, machine wash, please put it in a laundry bag and wash at a low speed, do not bleach, do not use the dryer.
